1. General Provisions

The website is owned and operated by Dama N.V., a company registered and established under the laws of Curacao.
It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction for online gambling.

2. Accepted Players

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is $30 AUD (unless otherwise stated for bank transfers).
The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is $6,000 AUD per day, $30,000 AUD per week, and $60,000 AUD per month.
If you win more than $60,000 AUD, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of up to $60,000 AUD until the full amount is paid out.
All Bank Transfer payouts are processed within three (3) banking days.

5. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are available to players from any country except for Sweden and Finland.

The default wagering requirement for bonus money is 30x unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Players must request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, but keep in mind that the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

The maximum bet while playing with an active bonus is $15 AUD. Exceeding this limit may result in the confiscation of winnings.
